Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Lazzy Cart reserves the right to extend processing times during high-volume periods to ensure service quality.

Shipping Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on your location. Estimated delivery within Egypt typically ranges from 2–7 business days. While Lazzy Cart works exclusively with reliable couriers, delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, or unexpected events.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and will be displayed at checkout before completing your order. Lazzy Cart may offer free or discounted shipping promotions at its discretion.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or message. A tracking number will be provided as soon as the order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor your shipment until it arrives.

Incorrect Address Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Lazzy Cart is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier attempts delivery and is unable to reach the customer, the order may be returned to Lazzy Cart. Reshipping fees will apply. Lazzy Cart reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be delivered after multiple attempts.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives with visible damage or missing items, you must notify Lazzy Cart within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Delivery Delays
While Lazzy Cart makes every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. However, our support team is always ready to assist with tracking and resolving delivery issues.

International Shipping (If Applicable)
International shipping availability, fees, and delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
